I bought my house 17 years ago and it was my first home. Every Year I had to call Phil's office repeatedly to make sure the insurance was paid. He was extremely rude, condescending and always said it was not his problem. I did have a lot of Wells Fargo payments not being payed ontime, but he did nothing to help me understand or correct the issues.
