In Fresno, California....i tried the service on a one year contract and they forged to a three year contract. I honored to three years and told my people to cancel after the three years. We submitted letter and called telling them the three years was approaching and did not longer need their service.They said" I signed a new 3 year contract, and they did not recieve our letter of cancelation which we kept a copy and that we missed the deadline to cancel which we called well in advance of required notification to cancel. Business owners beware of this company,they make promises they dont keep to get you to sign up for laundry service there contract has no info about the service standard they will keep such as how clean your uniforms and laundry will be.We write them letters asking to please clean our uniforms because they stink so bad after we recieve them from there factory,employees break out with a rash that requires steroid cream to keep them under control.but if you read the contract it does not state anywhere that they promise to keep ... read more
