Security manger Brett wooley who works here terminated me for no reason. However he lets his employees "Jovan Santiago" and Taneesha Moreno do what ever they want and even call out and doesn't do a thing. Jovan Santiago was even spreading false rumors to me to other employees to employee Donna Berger.

All i am trying to do is get two 1099 tax forms for a death benefit received. On Feb 11 and Today Feb 22 i am on the customer service for 30 min and on Feb 11 35 min. You people have no CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. WILL NEVER HAVE A PRUDENTIAL POLICY, I WOULD RATHER STICK TOOTHPICKS UNDER MY FINGERNAIL THAN SPEND WELL NOW IT IS 45 MIN WITH YOU

I set up a prudential annuity within a trust with three trustees. A single trustee was able to withdraw money using the the wrong social security number and without the proper verification from the other trustees or the trust financial advisor who helped set up the annuity. The early withdrawal triggered fees which went straight to Prudential.
