I know its a bit odd to write a review before receiving the actual service, but I must say how impressed I already am with the staff. The reception was warm and very responsive, and my consult with Dr. Yam was a really positive experience. I had a PRP knee injection at clinic on May 15. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I received all the necessary information at that time. Patrick Yam was very professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. However, I am not satisfied with the results. It has now been three months since the injection, and unfortunately, I have not noticed any improvement. I got a vampire facial, PRP under eyes, and Botox from the incredible team at the clinic. I have to say I have never been happier with my face! They recommended a few things with Botox and I cannot believe how great my face looks with just some tiny tweaks of a couple units in places. My skin looks great too after only one treatment.
