Was not able to help me, perhaps I was too severe to work with? But he gave me massages with some kind of rubber wand, and is a kind person who keeps one laughing and he asks you to tell him stories from your past during his wand massage. A good person, but not effective for my situation.
Mark is awesome at helping my neck loosen up and lessening my chronic pain. He's also super friendly and I find him amusing to visit with while he works on me. I'm stoked that he has experience with hyper-mobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome clients, since I recently was diagnosed with hEDS. I've been to him 3 times, and have high hopes of his ability to help me with a condition that has no cure yet. I'm grateful to have been referred to Proximal by Dr. Bouganem.
Mark is nice but it's a good show. What he does for actual physical therapy work is pathetic. He kept rubbing and pulling on my shoulder without having any idea what was actually wrong with it because the wonderful doctor bugenum either didn't send the information over or Mark didn't have it but nobody asked me and I didn't know because nobody told me.
