Parking at this clinic sucks. The propane business closes the gate at 4 pm, if you are parked there you will be blocked in by customers going to Paul's convenience store. Stuck cant get out.
I made an appointment at proximal, and the earliest opening was 7 weeks out. They stated they needed a doctor's referral even though my plan didn't require it. I called the doctor and a referral was made. Unknown to me, it was made to another Pahoa physical therapy. I never received a confirmation from this place and never received information regarding a lack of referral. I LOVE Marc, he’s a great PT and I e had a lot of different PT’s through the years. He is easy to talk to and really explains things very well. He makes sure I understand what’s going on with my body. He makes his recommendations & never pushes it on me. He has saved me in other areas of my health also with his recommendations.
