Absolutely rude was hung up on. I did not understand how I was supposed to file my taxes without even having the slitest estimate on the cost. Unprofessional! I called back to give them a second chance surely they couldn't be that rude. It got WORSE I was told they have over 1000 clients I can follow the crowd then was yelled out to leave her alone..... wow is all I can say
