My husband pair of glasses have it where he can see the number on the lenses from the manufacturer. My glasses the prisms where put in backwards. Also 5 months after my eye exam I had to get cataract surgery. They didn't tell me I had cataracts. Which cost me six months of time to get a resolution for my new glases and cost me. I then had to buy new glasses because of the backwards prisms. This cost me additional 300.00 for the new prisms.
Wow. Amazing customer service experience with Arash at Provision Optical. I was having a hard time switching lenses between frames of my Meta ray bans. He was able to get the stubborn lens installed in no time and to my shock Free of charge! He has earned a customer and i will be mentioning this great experience friends and family.

Provision optical has been my primary place to get glasses over the years. I have to say the service I receive is absolutely fantastic. The prices are always the best and the owner is really nice and professional. I recently tried one of the newer discount locations and ended up back at Provision Optical as the quality is so much higher. I know my glasses will last for years. They have wonderful customer service, are very friendly and professional, carry a great selection of frames and quality lenses, all at great prices.
