I have visited this facility numerous times times and it has been clean, the staff was very friendly. They have different activities for the residents also. I was there and helped during the Easter Egg Hunt for the residents and their families and the families of their workers. It turned out great and the residents enjoyed looking for the eggs also. I would recommend Story Point to anyone who is looking to put their loved one in a facility that feels like home.

My mother was in a residential facility for a couple of years and made due with a public shower and one room. StoryPoint (Provision Living at move-in time) was brand-new beautiful and offered a selection of rooms/apts. with a kitchenette/living room, separate bedroom, and a large bathroom with a handicap shower—all for less than what my mom was paying at her previous facility. The facility is clean and well maintained. There are too many turnovers in staffing but the core staff remains the same which is a positive. Sometimes there is a breakdown in communication among staff. Would recommend this facility to others.

Storypoint St. Joseph is really amazing! Not only is the community beautiful but right from the beginning tour with Rachel, you can feel that the staff really care about the residents they serve. It’s great to see so many people interacting with each other all the time. Residents and staff really seem engaged and happy. The food really is something you don’t see too often in a retirement community. They make really beautiful and delicious meals that everyone gets to enjoy together. You need to see this place for yourself.

I went to StoryPoint for a tour & the administration & staff were so friendly & thorough. Rachel & Eric H answered all my questions & even the head of nursing, Eric B spent time explaining medical care, etc. The facility was clean & beautifully set up. The 1st day my friend moved in, she was greeted by staff &lots of residents! Everyone made her feel so welcomed!
