My mom was at Oak Point of Monett from April 2022 to her passing last month (June 18, 2025). When she could no longer live in her house, my brother and I asked her where she would like to stay, and she wanted a facility in her hometown. When we toured Oak Pointe, she immediately liked it (she already knew several residents), and she chose to stay there. I just ended my employment at Provision Living of Fenton. Not a good place to put a loved one. Every weekend I would have residents families complain about care, medication being forgotten, cost being raised for their loved ones who sit in urine soaked clothes. The list goes on and on. Management is poor!
