Jann and Don are super amazing. What i saw was the most difficult situation in my life ( going through the sub-to process and buyer faults on payments), Don took on the challenge and got me my home back. He was available to answer any questions I had via email and phone. They basically held our hand through this process and made sure it was a positive outcome.
