Not only did Provincial Home Living have an item of furniture that suited our needs, their service was a breath of fresh air. Staff focussed on meeting the customer's need, a sensible deposit amount (20%), no credit card surcharge and storage until we could accept delivery. Other furniture and homewares retailers could learn a customer service lesson. Provincial will be the first retailer we visit when next after a homeware item.
Francee and Ciara’s customer service is phenomenal, I had a great experience with my first purchases at Provincial - Penrith and will definitely go back there again. Well done team.
