We had a tricky scenario where items we ordered were first delayed and then wrongly shipped to the store by their warehouse. Louise, Karen and others from the Belrose store were extremely helpful in procuring the right items and delivering to us as soon as possible. Would love to continue to shop from here.

Beautiful store selling gorgeous products. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Love the cushions and rugs. Hard to leave empty handed.
Beautiful store to visit. PHL have lovely homewares and furniture and the store is set up so you can wander about and get ideas on how things will look in your home.
Went into the store on Friday 23rd. Was in there for almost 20mins and not one of the 5 staff who were gossiping behind the counter acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help. No other customers were in the store and I walked close to the counter @ least twice. Might I suggest a more customer service and less talking. Extremely dissapointinh
