I love going in somewhere on payday to be declined because every bank but the one I use is not allowing debits. No notification to its customers, no information about how long this will be or how to access funds. Good management of customers money.
Absolutely worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. They are so incompetent and literally 20 years behind the rest of the world. I have not been able to login to my business account for days. I need my statements for tax purposes and a loan offer. They have no clue what they're doing. Been with them for 5 years and finally moved my account elsewhere - but I still need access to my statements for obvious reasons. Do yourself a favour and bank with a competent financial institution. This credit union isn't it!
I’ve given the credit union two chances. Two separate occasions where they overpromised and underdelivered. I should’ve learned the first time, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time, they went as far as giving me the green light on a property—everything was lined up, we were just weeks away from closing. Then suddenly, they pulled back. No warning. No solutions.
