Very disappointing experience today. Bank opens at 9:30 after weekend. And there is only one person working. Like what about other 2 staff? There are 10 people in the queue and i can see other staff walking from one place to another looking at faces of people. Only one person to take care of 10 people and i don’t know how long i have to wait?
