DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! My air has been out for almost a month and they will not fix it . I have 2 small kids
These ppl were always nice to me and talked to me until I wanted to move out for jumping the rent $300. These apartments are not worth what they are asking. They act like these are luxury apartments and the driveway is broke and collapsing. The grass is not cut as often as the old owners did. The carpets are nasty and I don’t have animals. But the biggest issue I have is all because we want to move out the office manager started being pissy and got a attitude so i got one back. Everytime I have an issue they are here to help. Susan is always very professional and nice as well as the other lady. The maintenance men are always nice as well and do there job greatly.
Providian has managed several properties for my family for many years. I have always been impressed with the management's professionalism and attention to the details. This is a very well run organization!
