We started our practice almost a year ago and have been using Providers Care Billing since the beginning. Gustavo and his team have been amazing! They respond to our questions in a very timely manner and have supported us in resolving any issue we have had with insurance companies. The rate we pay for this service can't be beat. We highly recommend Providers Care Billing.

Everything about Providers Care is five stars. Their rates are reasonable. You will not find better customer service. I'm a therapist, and not an expert on working with insurance companies. Thanks to Gustavo and the team at Providers Care, I can focus on my practice. Honestly, the amount of money I spend with them is probably less than the amount I was losing from claims that did not go through - especially if you consider how much time I was on the phone with insurance companies. Gustavo and his team are the best billing agency I have ever worked with. I can honestly say, after being with them for over a year, that even though they are less than half the prices of other billers, they are worth every penny and more. I have a large practice with over 12 clinicians and they take all the hard work out of billing insurance for me. All denials and issues are addressed so quickly. I highly recommend them for mental health insurance billing!
