The staff themselves are wonderful. I have NOT had a single bad encounter with them. That being said, the online banking aspect sucks. Actually, it "sucking" is me being polite. It's far worse than I'm making it out to be. Continuous "security" locks and holds on your card. My application refused to work and this is the best part; I got a letter telling me that they were sending me a new card due to a breach in security.
