El pr�stamo excelente pero el personal y en espec�fico el de la se�ora es p�simo uno llama para preguntar sobre el adeudo de sus prendas y le pregunta que si habla espa�ol y de modo sarc�stico dice nooooo y cuelga el tel�fono y ella bien que habla espa�ol y despu�s no me quiso contentar le hize 10 llamadas y nunca me contest� muy a mal esa se�ora deben checar su personal p�sima atenci�n al cliente
El préstamo excelente pero el personal y en específico el de la señora es pésimo uno llama para preguntar sobre el adeudo de sus prendas y le pregunta que si habla español y de modo sarcástico dice nooooo y cuelga el teléfono y ella bien que habla español y después no me quiso contentar le hize 10 llamadas y nunca me contestó muy a mal esa señora deben checar su personal pésima atención al cliente
Very polite staff but underpriced my ring. I understand it was light and not worth much for a loan but I was priced more by another place nearby. Provident Loan offered less. I would shop around before committing.
Done business with them for years. Helped me get money out of my gold and sliver coins. recommended them to a few friends.
