Very polite staff but underpriced my ring. I understand it was light and not worth much for a loan but I was priced more by another place nearby. Provident Loan offered less. I would shop around before committing.
Done business with them for years. Helped me get money out of my gold and sliver coins. recommended them to a few friends.

Go to a real pawn shop . This place is a joke and will give you nothing for your valuables telling you no one else will give you more . Lucky for me I didn’t listen and went to gem pawn who gave me 3x what provident had offered for a loan on a designer jewelry piece of mine .
Unprofessional. Lady that I spoke with "needs to see the stuff", takes silverware but not silver coins?!? and only gold..no thank you, I'll take my items somewhere else.
