Do not bank here. I was a victim of fraud and because the money was stolen from my business account they would not reimburse me. The scammers had access to my accounts and transferred money from my savings to checking account. Provident does not have good security against fraud. They leave their clients extremely vulnerable. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.
I have never encountered problems with any branch before. However, this time, I was genuinely upset. I visited the branch and requested new bills in denominations of either 1, 2, or 5 dollars. The teller informed me that they did not currently have any new bills available, but she could place an order for me. If you’re young and looking for approval on a small loan, I recommend going somewhere else. Don’t waste your time submitting any kind of loan application here since they won’t approve it. I’ve been a client here for more than 5 years with an exceptional credit score and applied for a modest $5,000 loan to handle an emergency.
