Worst bank ever. No wonder no one uses it. I wish there was ZERO star. I went in to get a copy of bank statement, and of course teller says do it online. If I could do it online, what’s the point of having a bank teller/bank. When I asked, I prefer getting a copy from the bank, they said they will charge $15 for one month statement. I have been dealing with an issue of transactions reporting properly both on the website and in the the mobile app. This has been on going for 1.5 months. Transactions show and then don't show only to reappear again. This is for both the website and the mobile app. The current balance is correct. It leaves me no confidence in the banks reporting and ability to catch and fix issues with their systems.
