I had a very good with staff recently, they are professional and courteous and helpful for what I needed and was quick
The Oak Tree road, Edison NJ branch is the worst that I have gone to. Everytime I go into this bank my transaction is 1/2 hr or more and I'm always questioned about my credentials or account. I have been a client at this bank for over 10 ten years and I will issue a formal complaint to the Provident bank establishment.
