3/19/25 update: Emeke is the best. Always professional, friendly and helps as much as he can.
Christina Wanas, the supervisor, provided excellent customer service. She was able to quickly resolve an issue I wasn’t able to take care of on the phone, despite talking to multiple people. She went above and beyond and worked quickly. If she ever left Provident, I would follow her!
