I love the staff of the Flemington branch of Provident Bank. Cathy and the Karens have seen me through some of the worst imaginable days of my life after Ida and continue to provide me with their good cheer, support, and professionalism. They are the BEST!

Terrible customer service
since they updated the app. I could not enter, I spoke to customer service and did everything they told me and nothing, does not recognize my email or my phone number, the rest is fine.
The bank got a lot better, suggest coming here!
