The bank teller told me the company was getting rid of the passbooks. Not to happy about it. I only came to this bank for 28 years just for them to tell me they are getting rid of the passbooks and wasting paper and mail and making us download another app . I might as well just transfer to another bank. I really wish PROVIDENT BANK WOULD KEEP THE PASSBOOKS!!!!!! Please let your higher ups know how your customers feel about these upcoming changes.
