This is the worst Provident branch I have been to. Customer service is consistently terrible. After using this location several times, I am seriously questioning, closing my accounts. Use another branch or bank elsewhere, this place is more trouble than it’s worth.
The manager and employees at this location are fantastic! Super friendly and helpful!
