I have dealt with a number of different staff at the bank and I have been so pleased with them. They have been very professional, accommodating, and helped me get the right products for what I needed. I initially got pulled into the bank because it was the bank my sister used before she passed away and I created the estate account there. Through that process over the last year they were a great help. As a result, I am staying a customer. The online banking is decent as well. All good experiences over the last year.
Worst bank ever. Had an acct when it was First Savings. Stayed with it. Had business with this bank for 25 years. Last few years really went downhill. Accounts closed.
Multiple hidden fees Don’t use this bank I recommend Chase in Chester
