Went there to cash a check for a reimbursement someone send me. The tellers are RUDE! They charged me $10.00 to cash a check from their bank harrased me for multiple forms of ID because my license wasn't good enough for ID. So they asked for MULTIPLE IDs. Was thinking about possibly joining however they are Horrendous in there 2 tellers are Extremely unprofessional and rude! Definitely don't recommend stay far AWAY!
The tellers that work here are awfully rude. I live in Fanwood and ran in to ask for quarters for the laundromat across the street (as my washer had recently broken) and the teller I spoke with could not have been more rude. As a “community bank” our community would appreciate you being more kind to people who live in the community and might not have a deposit account with you. Do better next time.
Attentive and Friendly Staff. They were able to accomplish everything as needed in a timely manner.
ATM WARNING!! This ATM shredded my card!!! No warning. I did everything correctedly and it would not give my card back. I asked the guys inside you simply shrugged and said your card is shredded. Awful.
