Terrible Service . ESPECIALLY jennifer. Wasted my time chasing them. Don't go here
Worst bank ever! Won't print me a bank statement for me unless I pay them $15 even though I can't print from online cause it's an IT issue on their end! Not to mention the bank manger had an attitude and the little boy behind the counter refused to print it even though the main office sent a request! They should both be fired for incompetence!
Great customer service!
I was charged a monthly fee for an account balance below the bank's minimum requirement of $2,500.00, and because of Covid I had not used the account for over a year. The bank took all the funds in my account, almost $500 and sent me a bill of $159 for overdraft. The bank manager would not give me my money back. I have never been charged for having money in a bank, and I remember the days when you would earn interest. The bank manager said they were sorry I felt ripped off, and hung up the phone on me.
