I have been a customer since it was Sussex Bank way back in the day…37 years. I inherited Provident Bank from mergers. I absolutely hate dealing with both the Sussex and Franklin branches. They are not helpful and do not know the meaning of customer service. There are a few exceptions…Brian in Franklin is one of them. The branch manager, Jesse Oliver has the personality of a used car salesman. My debit card was compromised, and he told me it would be two weeks before I received a new card.
