Honestly, drive the extra to a different branch location if you have an account. If you’re looking to open an account with Provident, don’t.. I’ve never experienced so many rude individuals in one place at a time until walking into the Franklin branch. There’s 1 nice young woman that works here, and the manager Karen is nice, that’s IT. Everyone else is extremely rude, talk about customers when they leave, and will give you a hard time for trying to access your own account. The Provident Bank Franklin Branch is the BEST! It's like stepping back in time - to the old fashion customer service! I cannot say enough about this branch. Michele, Nicole, Bryan - and ALL the others are top notch. Even customer service at the 800 number cannot compare to the local branch employees! I am a lifetime customer as long as they keep their amazing ways up in Franklin!
