Do not use this bank. They close accounts without notice and for no reason and your money will not be accessible when you need it the most. It took 4 people to figure out how to cash a check that the bank issued themselves. 2.4 star for their reviews are to generous. Would not recommend to anyone.
THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!! They close accounts for no reason at all and lie directly to your face!!!
TL:DR - Great employees, terrible coin counting machines One of the main reasons I opened an account that Provident Bank was so that I could use the coin counting machines, and deposit that money. They are one of the few banks that do not charge a fee for using the machine, as long as you have an account with them. CoinStar and the like take 12% or more, so I thought this would be a great, easy way to convert the giant jug of coins I have into "useable" funds. I've never had a negative experience here. The workers are kind and helpful whether you are over the phone or in person.
