TL:DR - Great employees, terrible coin counting machines One of the main reasons I opened an account that Provident Bank was so that I could use the coin counting machines, and deposit that money. They are one of the few banks that do not charge a fee for using the machine, as long as you have an account with them. CoinStar and the like take 12% or more, so I thought this would be a great, easy way to convert the giant jug of coins I have into "useable" funds. I've never had a negative experience here. The workers are kind and helpful whether you are over the phone or in person.
There seems to be a policy here to not actually help customers, but instead keep them confused and dissatisfied. Don't bother trying to get any information over the phone.
