If there is a hard way to work with them, they have found it. I am closing all of my accounts with them and looking for a better, local bank. It has been nothing but headaches trying to get anything done with them. I recommend finding a different bank,

Horrible service. There were 5 tellers working, yet I was treated poorly when I brought in change for my disabled child. The woman assisting me rolled her eyes as soon as she saw the change jar and repeatedly reminded me—at least 3 times—that I would be charged a 10% fee. Places fake holds on checks. Highly unsatisfied with the way they run there business. Most of these people working here are rude and entitled. Heave this warning and do buisness elsewhere... only thing good about this bank and I mean the only thing... is there locations.

Do not use this bank. They close accounts without notice and for no reason and your money will not be accessible when you need it the most. It took 4 people to figure out how to cash a check that the bank issued themselves. 2.4 star for their reviews are to generous. Would not recommend to anyone.
