I have banked with provident bank for a long time but after the experience that I had with this branch I have decided to move my money to another company. Very prejudice, my check was 5000.00 and the manager decided not to cash it. I walked out and went to another provident bank they cashed it with no problem
I have never had a loan with Provident bank. I have had a loan with their predecessor. I paid the loan off in full more than 2 years ago and was told by the bank manager, that I was good to go after handing her my final payment. Today, I received a letter from Provident stating they want to me to pay them a fee of $55 to release a lien. I called and spoke it’s Jaida and Matt Lardieri asking for them to waive the fee.
