I would give this bank 0 stars if I could. Customer Service here is terrible. Lakeland Bank merged with Provident so I decided to go here. I spoke with the bank teller and she told me I had to speak to one of the bankers who sits in the office. The banker was having a full blown conversation with another coworker and did not acknowledge us once while we were sitting there. We waited but I left to go to another Provident Bank. We were helped right away. I will never go here again.

My husband's debit card wasn't working and the staff was very helpful in terms of getting it fixed.
The employee at this branch are wonderful and help the customers to their best ability and they are pretty quick
One of the slowest banks In town. If you do not mind the wait. Simple cash deposits take over 15 Minutes.
