Hello, I am a brand-new Provident customer since the Lakeland Bank merger. Transferring, setting up, and validating my personal accounts was a breeze. I required help with my E-treasury Biz account though. The call center representative was extremely knowledgeable and efficiently helped me set things up, walking me thru each screen, we were active and up and running smoothly.
