The Provident Bank is the best bank that I can trust. The staff is polite and professional I never has a problem and when I need help the staff is cooperative and courteous.

This must be the worst bank ever ! I truly thank god I didn’t open any types of accounts with you guys. I went into this location to ask for some information on their deposit accounts & what they have to offer since I have funds that I want to secure so I thought his bank might be the one for me but I spoke to one associate whom was extremely rude & very dismissive.
