Not crowded like the national banks, personal service, always a kind greeting and smile. It is like the good old days where your bank actually showed deep appreciation for your business.
I have been a customer at Provident Bank in Rancho Mirage for many years. In all that time, NEVER have I been treated rudely. The person who wrote the bad review must have wanted or demanded something that they were not, by bank policy or law , able to do. May George she have a better day today. The staff there are "always" professional.
Extremely low atm withdraw limit, unable to use your debit card at most online retailers, cannot pay bills, no 24/7 customer service or fraud resolution like other other debit cards. I switched from an Amex prepaid card(used for years with zero problems or fees) to this bank and have had nothing but issues accessing my own money. As long as Stacia Doyle is there, I would avoid this bank entirely. Never have I experienced such rude, unprofessional service. Worst experience ever.
