Horrible customer service. It took 6 weeks to get a meter, and I wasn't installed properly. We had to contact contractor our self to get him to come back and finish the job. After complaining about the service, particularly a red head named Mandy. They decided to have the meter we paid to have installed, removed at there own expense. And deny us service all together? It's cheaper in the long run to drill a well.

Terrible!! You can just hear the misery In the employee voices. I hate calling the customer service line because I always feel like I’m bothering them just for asking simple questions. They refuse to resolve an ongoing issue for over a year now with my autopay because my bank "account is blocked" is NOT! I use it daily and have called my bank to confirm they are not blocking or denying the payment. The worst !! I absolutely hate it!!
