A month or so ago I had witnessed a providence transportation ambulance speeding and swerving through traffic whilst on their phone. I had called in to report whomever was driving, and I guess it was a manager or whatever started to DEFEND the driver on their behalf, even though they nearly caused a few accidents. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst ambulance ride EVER. They threw me on a gurney with no blankets, I wasn’t strapped onto the gurney and on the ride to the hospital, which I was half naked from the waste down hemorrhaging out of my rectum, the gurney wasn’t locked into place while I was in the ambulance so I was rolling about, not strapped in and no one was in the back with me. Do not put your loved ones on this transportation bus! My grandmother is in a wheelchair and was not strapped in correctly because the bus driver let's the other older men help strap people in. My grandmother fell over on this bus hit her head and can no longer hear in her ear. They said we were lying because they have no cameras on their buses. Wish I could give them 0 stars! After my son appointment I called them to let them know we was ready for pickup. Wasn't giving a time frame or anything so j just waited knowing they have other clients. We waited AN HOUR so I called back asking a ETA. This lady proceeded to tell me he(my driver) was in route to another pickup. He MIGHT pick us up before or AFTER that. So I could literally be waiting another hour!? No ma'am!
