I have used them before with no problem, but this year was quite different. I was disappointed in feeling a bit cheated and lied to. Not that they were totally dishonest, but neglecting to say certain information, is in fact lying. To take over 1400 out of my refund for a 1099, I don't owe taxes with, is crazy, and I would have had no idea had I not had to verify it. They never once told me how much they charged. I called to get my agi number and she said don’t worry I’m do them for you. 500 and something. I will never use them again. Please think twice before you use them. They will not answer the phone and want responsed to my email it has been weeks and I’ve never got an answer from them. To me this is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. They wan even answer BBB.

The worst place ever they will scam you I called to get my Ag I number from last year so I could file My Taxes this guy named Nicholas Lorentz answered and said he could help me with that So he started asking questions the whole time leading me to believe I was getting my agi # the information i gave him was to obtain last year's Ag I instead he did my taxes I did not ask to have my tax done he did not tell me he was doing my taxes nor did he say anything about a fee so we were done They had charged me $1295 this place is a ... read more
This has been the worst situation I've ever encountered. Brianna assisted me with my taxes in 2022 bc I simply needed my AGI number from the previous year. She offered to just finish my free turbo tax I had already started and even stated it would be no change. I was charged $500.00.Once I began to track my mailed return it ended up in an entirely different address, not to mention a different county an hour away.
