Jordan is conscientious and always patient with my PT needs.
My physical therapist was wonderful, and their offices are very nice. However I have had multiple experiences with the receptionists saying they have scheduled me for a certain day and time, but then when I show up I had no appointment on the books. So I wasted time, lost potential therapy, and lost time I could have been at work. Also they sent me a bill for one of my sessions (which I am in contact with them for) and said 0% was co eres by insurance even though I am 100% covered by my insurance.
