Great location, plenty of parking, and people who care.
I call to make an appointment with my doctor but the receptionist refuses to allow me to make an appointment until I tell her exactly what I need to be seen for. And then, once I tell her, she transfers me to a nurse where I have to, yet again explain why I need to make an appointment. I was finally granted permission to make said appointment. I really like this place, they provide great health care. All in one place. family medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, sport medicine, pedatrician, lab, inland imaging and urgent care, very convenient.
Dr. Rachael Massoud refused to order lab tests for issues I suspected, even though they run in my family. I asked for her to request specific labs and she refused three times. As a result, I paid $700 out of pocket for a comprehensive lab panel through a private company. The results showed multiple concerns, and I was ultimately diagnosed with the same conditions she had dismissed and declined to test for.
