My 87 year old mom came in after surgery and was at the facility for three weeks. The care she received was excellent. Thy physical therapists were gentle and patient. She made great progress while she was there. The nursing staff was also very on-top of it and always had a great attitude

This facility is very clean, the care is amazing, everyone takes really good care of me, the staff is nice and always have a smile on, when ever I ask for something I get help right away, I highly recommend this facility I’m very happy I’m here.
I came here not knowing what to expect never had been in a transitional care facility, and to my delight I found it to be a well oil machine, every one that works here is kind and thoughtful you feel very welcomed from the top all the way down to the bottom everyone takes pride in there job which always makes me feel comfortable and cared for I was able to achieve my goal and more I would recommend Toloca Lake transitional care to anyone I had the best care and time.
