Everyone employed at Providence Place in Pine Grove are so caring. From the very beginning Paul was so helpful and understanding. It was very hard to finally admit my mom's health conditions needed more than what my family could give her. Thanks to Providence Place we no longer have to worry about her care. Thank you!

Providence Pine Grove went the extra mile for my mother. Mom was only there for 5 weeks. The staff truly cared about mom. The transition was handled very well. The staff communicated with us all the way. The staff was also very caring for my mother. Tressa in particular stood out to us in mom's care. She genuinely cares for her residents. The experience at Pine Grove was more than we could have expected. Thank you for everything you and your staff did for my mother.

From our very first visit to Providence Place, we felt welcomed and reassured. The staff took time to answer every question and made the transition for my father feel gentle rather than overwhelming. Since move-in day, that same warmth has continued — caregivers know him by name and check in with genuine care, not just routine. Great staff !!! Best place to place a loved one !!! Lots of activities and everyone enjoys their jobs ! Clean, personable and a place that has a RN and all other qualities needed to care for your loved one ! Highly recommend this place !
