Providence Place Pine Grove is an exceptional facility. The staff and management truly care about their residents and ensure they are properly cared for. My grandmother moved in a few weeks ago and we are continuously impressed with the attention each staff member gives, always ensuring to call back family members when are checking in. If you are looking for a facility for loved ones, I cannot recommend Providence Place Pine Grove enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
From the first day my dad became a resident to his final hour I knew he had the best care possible. The staff also cared for me in his final days. I received alot of hugs and every one told a loving or funny story about my dad.
The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive!

We recently moved my mom here from another Providence Place location, and the experience has been wonderful. The transition was handled with care, and the staff was incredibly supportive throughout the process. The rooms are bright, clean, and very comfortable. The team is friendly, attentive, and truly seems to care about the residents. They offer thoughtful and engaging activities that keep my mom involved and stimulated.
