Providence is places not a good place for you to put your family because I don't witness several incidents when they're covering up things with the residents there. I have also witness a woman that had passed away in another room and they management of that place decides. They're gonna move her body back to her room original room so that her family can come visit. They suck and don't take your family there.

Yes ! I could be the poster child- person- for Providence Place.
I too share a similar story to the other. Providence Place promised a level of care for my father and after 6 days decided they could not handle him. My father went for 4 days without changing his clothes, there was blood on his sheets and pillow cases for a whole week. He was agitated for 2 hours before they reached out to me for help. He was taken by ambulance to LGH where the nursing/doctor staff were goong to release him. While in a difficult living situation in a local rehab facility, I needed to expedite leaving there and into an assisted living facility.
