I too share a similar story to the other. Providence Place promised a level of care for my father and after 6 days decided they could not handle him. My father went for 4 days without changing his clothes, there was blood on his sheets and pillow cases for a whole week. He was agitated for 2 hours before they reached out to me for help. He was taken by ambulance to LGH where the nursing/doctor staff were goong to release him. I would like to pass along accolades for Katie Sanders, Director of Sales, at Provident Place of Lancaster. While in a difficult living situation in a local rehab facility, I needed to expedite leaving there and into an assisted living facility. In doing so, certain health issues complicated the timing and placement of the move.
