Providence is places not a good place for you to put your family because I don't witness several incidents when they're covering up things with the residents there. I have also witness a woman that had passed away in another room and they management of that place decides. They're gonna move her body back to her room original room so that her family can come visit. They suck and don't take your family there.

Providence Place holds a position of high regard in the Lancaster Community. As a Senior Care Profesional, I have observed a high quality of caring care at this facility. This Lancaster location Does Not offer skilled care. When a resident needs advanced care, as in any quality facility, a personal aid must be hired, or, the resident must be moved to a location qualified to meet those needs. While Providence Place, true to their reputation, offers fantastic care, families must be actively involved to fill in for the personal... read more

He was taken by ambulance to LGH where the nursing/doctor staff were goong to release him. But, The nurse that oversees the nursing staff is very unprofessional and required that I take on 24... read more

I would like to pass along accolades for Katie Sanders, Director of Sales, at Provident Place of Lancaster. While in a difficult living situation in a local rehab facility, I needed to expedite leaving there and into an assisted living facility. In doing so, certain health issues complicated the timing and placement of the move. Katie reached out to me to offer multiple options for my residence at Provident Place and accomodate my . circumstances to move. I was thoroughly amazed that anyone would go out of their way to the d... read more
