To whom it may concern I wanna bring up the fact that I take ownership for my attendance . Although I find your policy to be unjust and unfair as you only allowed it to pertain to those you want to set an example of ! For example when you allowed management to perform a schedule that leaves wide gaps causing understaff to pick up the slack. So my friend mim is in the most expensive wing there she pays for 2 hour incontinence checks and extra cares… her room is disgusting covered in pee stains all over the carpets. Considering she pays for 2 hour changes and is bound to a wheel chair this is alarming. She says they changed her maybe twice a day and once while she’s asleep I’m sorry but 3 times in 24 hours is not 2 hour changes… her carpet is stained and reaks off pee maybe once ever 6 months they clean it and the next day there’s already 2 new stains after they ... read more

If your loved one is in ECN run!!!!! ECN is what they called it but it’s extra care needs … ECN mean extremely c-word/clingy and needy unit they do not only say this privately they will say it right in-front of your mom or what ever others resident that can’t speak or that isn’t believed and if they believe your parent thinks anything bad they send them there and tell people they’re having hallucination … at least that is what I was told by the only other 2 staff members who said it in a way meaner way degrading mean ways … ... read more
