Do not come here if you are a women of color. These people don’t care if you’re hurt or not. They won’t believe you if you are. Please don’t waste your time. I was told that I made the doctor feel uncomfortable for not being appreciative towards their lack of empathy and help for me. To Save your mental and time please do not come here. You would think after so many women working here they would show a little bit of care and compassion to help their patients… well that’s completely wrong . Would give 0 stars if I could
Honestly, just Google what you need to be seen for, and it would be more helpful. The doctor honestly does nothing but advise over the counter meds and doesn't throughly check you for your symptoms. I would recommend anywhere else for medical services and drug screens.
Don't plan on this being quick anything done here will take way to long. Went in to pee in a cup and wait almost 2 hours
OMG! I’m here for a drug test. Arrived at 7:56 and my bladder is about to burst. Asked to use the bathroom to relieve pressure and was told no. I asked to reschedule and was told if I leave it will be reported as a refusal to test. No customer service and will definitely be speaking to HR about this place. Hopefully they send up back to concentra they don’t make you wait like this especially when your here for a drug screen ……I have to PEE!
We had an appointment at 340, They made us wait for 1 hour and 15 mint to tell us they were looking for an interprete then came saying that they got an "emergency patiente" and there were no Dr. How that can happened? Made u waste your time like that. Really bad!
