The woman working at the Labor and Industry intake window on June 26th 2025 was wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful, professional and kind. She walked me through the process and I could tell that she sincerely hoped everything would come out beautifully for me. I was in pain and regret not looking at her name badge.
5 stars for Dr. Scott Pleines. He’s personable, direct and spends time with you to ensure your needs are being met. Overall just very genuine, quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
Dishonesty. And no apologizes to me as Deaf person who were lied to on the phone.
If I could put -5 I would this is the worst place to get anything done I had to come back 3 times and they still couldn't draw my blood. They did charged me though than I had to wait to see if they can give me a refund so I can go to other place and get it done. I do not recommend this place unless ypu have time to waste and not get anything done.
Dr. Gibbons is wonderful. He has done an amazing job treating my son who sustained a concussion at work. Everyone in the office is great. We always get right in for our appointments.
