Receptionist was so rude. Quite literally treated me like I was scum of the earth. I was told to come 30 minutes earlier for my appointment and unforeseen circumstances arrived so I was there probably 5 minutes before my appointment time and she was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me, didnt care that I was obviously injured and needed to see them asap, and told me that I couldn’t be seen now because I wasn’t 30 minutes early. The doctors and all of the staff are super nice. I always have a great experience coming here.
Waited for 45 minutes in room before the Dr came in . Dr was arrogant and rude . Will go to any other one in spokane before this one again
