Only two locations with terrible hours.
I dont even know what the benefits of being a member are here. Loans are higher than anywhere else, transfers take forever to go through, locations are always isolated and not convenient, Can't quote to buy a house with them either no programs nothing. Might as well just switch to OnPoint where there is an office in every corner. Good luck finding help on a Friday. Dissatisfied and disappointed here.
I am a member of Providence federal Credit Union and my Brother is a member of First Tech CU. We both received 2 large checks of the same amounts. My brother was able to scan his deposit but I was not. I asked and we can only deposit checks of $5K or less. First Tech limits is MUCH higher than that. So I drove 30 minutes to Providence to deposit my first check and they said it would be a 2 day wait. Normal... No problem.
