Only two locations with terrible hours.
I dont even know what the benefits of being a member are here. Loans are higher than anywhere else, transfers take forever to go through, locations are always isolated and not convenient, Can't quote to buy a house with them either no programs nothing. Might as well just switch to OnPoint where there is an office in every corner. Good luck finding help on a Friday. Dissatisfied and disappointed here.
I am a member of Providence federal Credit Union and my Brother is a member of First Tech CU. We both received 2 large checks of the same amounts. My brother was able to scan his deposit but I was not. I asked and we can only deposit checks of $5K or less. First Tech limits is MUCH higher than that. So I drove 30 minutes to Providence to deposit my first check and they said it would be a 2 day wait. Normal... No problem. I have been a member of this credit union since 2013. All of the staff is exceptionally nice and customer service is top notch. Their interest rates are amazing and they truly want to give you a good deal. Thank you Providence Federal Credit Union!
Great credit union. Low interest rates on car loans and more. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
