This lady, who says she's been doing this for 10+ years, can't do home loans. She charges you 2% at first then increases it. She will talk circles but, never gives you any useful info. She kept fudging with the numbers. Every week we had a new underwriter contract to sign but, never what we originally discussed. She only uses Rocket mortgag, which you can do yourself and save probably about $2-5k instead of going to this quack.
