Weird experience, I went through the drive through and the employee greeted me and then walked away in the middle of the interaction and didn't come back for a while. When she did come back, I asked if I could exchange a $20 for 2 rolls of quarters and she said no, not unless I have an account with them. I've never had an issue doing this at a bank before. So if you're looking for somewhere to exchange quarters, you can't here unless you have an account.
Nice bank the Bankers are nice people
Great customer service in person and on the phone. I've banked there for several years now and have never had a bad experience. Staff is very helpful and goes the extra mile to provide friendly and excellent service.
These people do not care about their clients. They are very rude snd unprofessional. I would bank elsewhere
The worst possible bank to exist is providence bank. They do not care about their customers. Terrible customer service along with disrespectful and incompetent management + employees. If you value your time, money, and life you will avoid this place like the plague.
