Great local bank. The banks that serve their local community help grow the community
Super friendly tellers at this location. Very pleased with my experience at this bank.
Awful hard to change password as required. Tried several times, didn't work and then the system locked me out. Why is it so hard to work this system. I don't have that problem with other banks. Their IT folks should realizethat no everyone is a geek like them and we seniors are not computer literate. Make terms easier to understand.
People there are always nice and helpful, but their online passwords are absolutely terrible. It seems like every 3 weeks I have to change it.
