Would not recommend this bank due to the president, Ted Whitehurst, does not pay the people he hires. If you are a contractor, stay away. Hard to trust a bank that has people operating like him. If you hire someone, pay them.
Manager would not issue me and wife debit cards said she didn't want me to spend money where she thought didn't need to spend it. I'm 74 year's old I don't need to be treated as a child but a customer
I had a serious issue and needed help. The manager of this bank went way beyond what she had to do to help me. No matter how many phone calls I made, If she was not available, it was not long before my phone calls were returned. I would recommend this bank to everyone..you will not be disappointed.
The employees at this bank are extremely RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. I rather drive 30 minutes out of my way . Don’t even deserve one star
Banking is so easy at Providence Bank. While I use online banking and the mobile app, I still love going into the bank and interacting with the tellers who know my name. Small town goodness there.
